Explore and Develop manage a network of independent franchisees. Semann & Slattery were awarded the contract to deliver a year-long professional learning program to both franchisees and their organisational leaders. Each of these leadership development programs included the implementation of the Hogan leadership assessment coupled with individual ongoing coaching throughout the period of the program. The year-long program included face to face professional development courses addressing issues such as team synergistics, communication, dealing with conflict, staff recruitment, and strategic business planning and monitoring.
