Christa Sue is an Associate at Semann & Slattery with a well-rounded knowledge in research. Christa Sue has an honors Bachelor in International Relations and Political Science. Her Masters of Education explored the intricate political and cultural issues of English language learning by Aboriginals in the Northern Territory. Her extensive experience working to support a range of small and large scale research activities spans the fields of social and economic policy, including education and training, language, welfare, early childhood, community development, and workforce issues. Her specific professional interests include research instrument design, project management, and community consultation. In her latest work Christa Sue has project managed a unique study investigating the capacity for schools and their stakeholders to work collaboratively to build social capital within their community.

Colin Slattery is a Director and founder of Semann & Slattery. He has held a range of senior executive positions with government agencies, the private sector and non-government organisations for 15 years. For the last 13 years Colin has been highly sought after as a change facilitator and coach for individuals and organisations.
