The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) measures a broad range of leadership types. The assessment incorporates 360-degree feedback and self-assessment. This generates a comprehensive report detailing your strengths and areas for development. This provides a useful tool to inform goal setting and individual planning, and promote personal and professional development.
Hogan Leadership Assessments
Hogan Assessments include a variety of scales that create profiles that give insight into your values and drivers, strengths and competencies and derailers under pressure. They can be used as a primer for goal setting and action planning to promote performance enhancement and improvement. Hogan assessments can be used to generate both individual and team reports.
Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA)
The Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) assesses emotional intelligence in adults, against five factors of emotional and social intelligence. The tool can be used to assess emotional strengths and determine opportunities to improve and develop emotional and social abilities.
Realise2 Strengths Profile
Realise2 is a strengths assessment tool that assesses your strengths according to the three dimensions of energy, performance and use. The assessment generates either a standard or premium Realise 2 Profile, which promotes greater awareness and understanding of strengths and weaknesses. Profiles can also be used for goal setting and attainment, and professional and personal learning and development.
