At times, we need to have hard conversations with people, whether about performance management, discussing a sensitive topic with a friend or colleague, or having a conversation with our partner. These conversations can be difficult and cause anxiety. In this webinar, you will learn how to navigate the obstacles that come with hard conversations and how they can affect our interactions with others.
