Team accountability - what it looks like in practice and how to establish a workplace culture of taking responsibility APST 7: Engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the community Presented by Colin Slattery

Description

Accountability is a word that can strike fear into the hearts of our colleagues. So how do we establish a culture of accountability where everyone takes responsibility for their actions and behaviour? In this webinar, you will explore the hallmarks of accountability and how you can begin to establish a culture of accountability.

Learning goals:

  • Define the hallmarks of accountability and what this looks like in practice
  • Identify and implement strategies to establish a culture of accountability

Completing Establishing accountability may contribute one-hour of PD that aligns with the NESA (NSW) approved criteria and addresses:

The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers: APST 7: Engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the community

The National Quality Standard: QA 7: Governance and leadership
