Documentation and the role of the Educational Leader: Moving from pain to pleasure

Documentation a pain or a pleasure. The reality to document means we need to be strategic about the systems and processes that sit alongside this practice. For many, unfortunately, how, and what we document has become a chore. In this webinar we will explore how documentation can become an ally and support practice change across the entire education site. We will unpack new ways of working with and thinking about documentation with the ultimate goal of it becoming an act of pleasure not pain.
