Presented by Philip Butler
Description
When you have a 'change ready' culture, you have resilience, effective communication and continuous improvements. When you don't, you have resistance and poor communication, and everyone is stuck in the past. We don't need to change for change's sake. But we do need to have a culture that allows for new ideas and possibilities to be a part of our professional practice. This webinar will provide an overview of the change process (specific to the early childhood sector), strategies to build and support a 'change-ready culture', and processes to ensure the culture is embedded.
Completing Leading and supporting continuous improvements: How to build change readiness into your team culture may contribute one hour of PD that aligns with the NESA (NSW) criteria for Elective PD and addresses:
The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers: APST 6: Engage in professional learning
The National Quality Standard: QA 7: Governance and leadership
