We will explore strategies to balance structured activities with free play, fostering creativity, independence, and strong social connections. We’ll look at ways to design programs that complement formal schooling, promoting life skills, emotional well-being, and positive peer interactions. Practical approaches will be shared to support diverse interests and abilities, ensuring children are engaged, active, and thriving during their out-of-school time.
