Heather has worked all over Australia and internationally in preschools, higher education, consultancy, and TAFE. She’s led professional learning, coaching, and key initiatives and was on the Victorian Children’s Council for 10 years, playing a pivotal role in the first NQF Assessor Training. She also helped develop ACECQA's Exceeding case studies and in recognition of her outstanding contributions, Heather was awarded the Order of Australia Medal in 2015.
