Team Assessment and Professional Learning
The team at Auburn Kindergarten saw the potential in undertaking a team assessment and coupling this with professional learning. The assessment highlighted to the team what they did well and where improvements can be made. To assist in maximising the results of the DISC assessment, the team from Semann & Slattery provided a series of professional development programs to support the change process.

One World for Children (OWFC)
OWFC contacted Semann & Slattery to support their team become exceptional in all that they do. This support is being provided through the application of a number of assessment tools and group and individual briefings. Specifically, the DISC Advanced and DISC Team Tool is being used to support the client over a period of time to take their team to the next level in their development and improve team synergistics.
Hogan Leadership Assessment
Prior to starting a coaching or mentoring program with individual clients, many of our clients request a Hogan Leadership Assessment. This provides a spring board to identify the support they need to assist in overcoming any derailing leadership and management behaviours. The results of the Hogan Leadership Assessments are then used to guide the client through changed behaviour so they, and the teams they support, function at an optimum level.
Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessments (EISA)

Semann & Slattery deliver professional support to BHP through a range of community development and professional learning programs. Central to the professional learning programs we offer the company are the application of assessment tools to bring to light the skills of, and opportunities for, each learner. The EISA tool has been used with the explicit purpose of assessing the emotional intelligence of leaders. Post assessment individuals are then supported through ongoing mentoring and professional learning to improve their skills in emotional intelligence and leadership.
