Asking people to reflect daily seems to be the way to go with reflective practice, but does it deliver the goods? To be reflective is to explore some challenging aspects of your work in a more detailed way and in a way, that results in effective and systematic change. Being reflective takes time. It also requires a particular approach. Join us as we reflect on reflection and unlock how reflective practice might look like at your education site.

 

Completing Working with reflective practice: More than a reflective diary in the staff room will contribute 1 hour of NESA Registered PD addressing standard 6.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
