Exceeding themes: essential components of the fountain of practice

This webinar brings focus to ACECQA’s three key determinants for excellence: practice is embedded in service operations, practice is informed by critical reflection, and practice is shaped by meaningful engagement with families and/or the community. What these themes look like in everyday practice undoubtedly varies across educational sites. Detailed knowledge of their content and the application is necessary for achieving an exceeding rating. Together the themes become essential components of the fountain of practice. In this webinar we will look in more detail at the three themes; what are the critical components of each; and how they might look in your daily practices.

Completing Exceeding Themes  will contribute 1 hour of NESA Registered PD addressing standard 6.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
