A lot has happened in the world over the past 12 months, and our sector by no means has been spared disruptions and uncertainties. This webinar gives team leaders and educators the chance to take a breath, reflect, evaluate, what's been working, what hasn't been working, and where we are heading in 2021. Utilising the three themes in excellence, we will look at the art of critical reflections and continuous improvements and set individual and team goals and how we achieve them. We will explore developing a culture of consistency and accountability and the difference between involving families in our settings and actually moving to a place of 'partnerships' with families. Practically based, the webinar provides plenty of tips and strategies easily implemented by individuals and teams that support practice and engagement across all the learning environments.
