Description

In this webinar, we take a closer look at three critical components of the Educational Leader's role and how gaining a greater understanding of these elements will allow you to embrace the role and all the wonderful possibilities it can offer you and your team. By bringing focus to People, Pedagogy and Purpose, you are connecting teams to quality practices, each other and the community, as well as giving them a deeper sense of purpose through individually tailored continuous improvement plans. We will also look at how you can develop a deeper connection to the unique culture of teaching and learning in your setting and how to use this knowledge to guide the critical reflection and self-assessment processes throughout the year. And finally, we will briefly discuss how you can track all of this information and use your documentation to guide, support, and make visible, the continuous improvement cycle.
