As long as we continue to focus our efforts on dealing with and reacting to challenging behaviours, our energy will be consumed.  Instead, imagine the opportunities to teach pro-social skills to overcome the need to continue to respond to challenging behaviours. This webinar will explore some big ideas regarding pro-social skill development and explore what it might look like when integrated into an early childhood program.  You will leave this webinar armed with a range of new skills to support a more peaceful and engaged early childhood program where intervention, not reaction, is the new normal.

Completing Teaching pro-social skills – prevention rather than reaction to challenging behaviours will contribute one hour of PD addressing Standard 4 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
