This webinar is the first in a two-part series designed specifically to support new and aspiring team and room leaders. In this first session, we will look at some of the skills and attributes a new leader can develop to achieve goals and grow leadership confidence. Not everybody is a born leader – developing a leadership mindset is not something that instantly occurs when you achieve a leadership role. There are stages of leadership. We take a close look at these stages and the process by which you can support your growth through the leadership ladder. We will also take a brief look at the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can be the key to unlocking your inner leader.
