Educational Leadership – Knowing how to make a difference

Description

Educational leadership should and can make a difference to quality. The challenge is to locate strategies and processes which work. Despite some popular belief, educational leaders are not the keepers of the pedagogy but rather share with other staff a desire to care for and enable quality. How might this be made possible? What does it take to make a difference in your role as an educational leader? In this webinar, we will explore a range of processes that educational leaders can mobilise to improve the quality without feeling like the world rests on their shoulders.
