Description

Sometimes we just have to have a 'THE' conversation with someone. Whether it be performance management, a challenging conversation with a friend or colleague, or even a partner, from time to time, we need to have a difficult conversation that can be beset by our anxiety. We will explore the challenges associated with hard conversations and how they might impact the way we interact with others. You will walk away from this webinar with an approach to crafting a conversation that is respectful to the other person and allows us to position ourselves to be heard.

Completing Hard Conversations: How to talk about what matters most and when will contribute one hour of PD addressing the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and aligns with the NESA criteria for Elective PD.
