From philosophy development to empowering your team to excel at contributing to the service QIP, we will explore it all. While everything requires a foundation, there will be initial work to do; it has been road-tested with Exceeding results. It will change the way you see Quality Improvement, and you will never fear the words Assessment and Ratings again.
Completing Your Passport to Exceeding the NQS will contribute one hour of PD addressing the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and aligns with the NESA criteria for Elective PD.
NESA Elective PD:
- Enhanced teaching practice to effect positive change and impact on student/child learning progress and achievements
- Involved opportunities to give and receive feedback and/or undertake self-reflection and reflection on the teaching practices of others
- Research based and evidence based
