PRESENTED BY: MICHELLE WALKER

Come on an unexpected journey. One on which you will receive a new type of passport. We will travel the National Quality Standards, unpacking simple steps to Exceeding. Yes, I said simple!

From philosophy development to empowering your team to excel at contributing to the service QIP, we will explore it all. While everything requires a foundation, there will be initial work to do; it has been road-tested with Exceeding results.
