The Performance Series

Description

This 3 part Performance Webinar Series consists of the 3 webinars below:

1. Wednesday 9th June, 2:30pm-3:30pm, Giving and receiving great feedback:
What's the secret of giving great feedback and being able to receive it too? We know a culture of effective feedback is critical to effective team functioning. However, we are also aware that this presents itself with some challenges, but the investment in building a culture of feedback is worth it.

In this webinar, we will introduce you to the core components of effective feedback. How you might respond to this feedback when on the receiving end, but more importantly, how to deliver feedback to people you work with and lead.

2. Wednesday 30th June, 2:30pm-3:30pm, Performance Appraisals:
Do you feel the pressure to develop an effective staff appraisal system and ensure that the system is implemented effectively? Staff appraisals can assist in the growth and development of staff whilst also paving the way for the development and achievement of goals. In this webinar, we will explore how to begin the journey of developing an appraisal system and some of the avoidable pitfalls.

3. Monday 5th July, 2:30pm-3:30pm, Hard Conversations: How to talk about what matters most and when:
Sometimes we just have to have a 'THE' conversation with someone. Whether it be performance management, a challenging conversation with a friend or colleague, or even a partner, from time to time, we need to have a difficult conversation that can be beset by our anxiety. We will explore the challenges associated with hard conversations and how they might impact the way we interact with others. You will walk away from this webinar with an approach to crafting a conversation that is respectful to the other person and allows us to position ourselves to be heard.
