Conflict if left to fester can destroy teamwork and team morale. It can also lead to ongoing conflict that can undermine the vision and goals of any workplace. So what can be done to work through conflict (fresh or outstanding) in a team? What are some practical strategies we know that help resolve conflict? In this webinar, we will explore how individuals regardless of role, can work through team conflict and ensure that a great outcome is achieved. We will share practical ideas and provide you with the skills and knowledge that you need to succeed.
