Developing a successful staff appraisal system

Description

Developing a successful staff appraisal system

PRESENTER: ANTHONY SEMANN

Considering the development and implementation of staff appraisal systems there can for many people be overwhelming. Staff appraisal systems are not simply a mechanism to ensure individuals carry out their roles and responsibilities as outlined in their job descriptions. Appraisal systems should be a mechanism that provides opportunities to not only evaluate performance but also inspire performance. In this webinar we will explore how leaders and supervisors can develop and implement a staff appraisal system which is not overly time consuming and one that makes a difference.

Completing Developing a successful staff appraisal system will contribute one hour of PD addressing the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
