The role of Nominate Supervisor is multi-faceted and complex and can lead to a sense of overwhelm. Leading quality, leading compliance and leading people are critical components of the role. It takes time to find a happy balance rather than feeling overwhelmed by paperwork, rosters, policy documents and legislated requirements. In this webinar we explore what can be done to succeed in this role and how nominated supervisors can lead a highly functioning team.
