Semann and Slattery invites a group of dedicated and inspired directors, nominated supervisors and approved providers to join experienced facilitators and coaches Michelle Walker and Karen Warrington for what will be a unique professional development series that includes professional networking and individual coaching. 

Commencing in March 2022, this opportunity will inspire your leadership journey to drive exceeding practices within your setting. 

During our time together, we will explore:

• Long- and short-term goals drawing on Michelle McQuaid’s Hope Mapping tool initially designed for use in positive psychology (Session 1 – 16 March 2022 – 10:30am to 12:00pm)
• The three Exceeding Themes of the National Quality Framework – identifying these within your context and drawing upon the themes to support the documentation of your QIP and preparation for Assessment ad Rating (Session 2 - 18 May 2022 – 10:30am to 12:00pm)
• Team building strategies to bring your leadership vision to life (Session 3 – 20 July 2022 – 10:30am to 12:00pm)
• Strategies to lead teams through a process of change (Session 4 – 14 September 2022 – 10.30am to 12:00pm)
• Future plans to sustain quality practice into the future (Session 5 – 16 November 2022 – 10.30am to 12:00pm)

You will receive: 

• Two one-on-one coaching sessions where you will develop and achieve your goals with a coach. The coaching sessions are planned to occur in May and August 2022, the dates will be agreed with you.
